The women will take on Glasgow Girls again at The Hummel Training Centre on Sunday afternoon in the third round of the SSE Scottish Women’s Cup.
He said: “We can’t do anything about the weather so now we are focused on Sunday’s game and we will prepare really well this week and are looking forward to the game against Glasgow Girls.
“I learn something from the games especially with this weather so I will speak to the girls before training for five minutes regarding a couple of things and just to make sure that we understand what we are looking for just in case it will be the same weather but we will be ready.”
Forfar Farmington will await the winners in the next round after Wednesday’s draw but Vignal says all focus is on Sunday’s game.
“We know that it will be Forfar Farmington in the next round but I am focused on the game on Sunday.
“It should be the same squad I think everybody should be fit so I have got at least 20 players available so I am quite happy we have worked hard the last six week.
“There has been a big demand from me but I am really proud because I ask a lot from the girls physically, tactically and mentally and I have been so happy since we started the pre-season so everybody is fit and getting better week by week so I am quite happy with that.”
The Rangers boss is hoping a crowd can turn out for the game on Sunday, but hopes dates can be looked into to avoid clashes with the men’s first-team.
He explained:
“I’m sure we are capable of playing in front of a big crowd but it could maybe be better to play on Friday or Saturday I don’t know, but this is something we need to have a look at and fingers crossed there will be a big crowd on Sunday again.”
