Victoria Esson
The goalkeeper enjoyed an impressive month between the posts for the Gers as she started both league outings keeping clean sheets in the two fixtures in the process.
The Light Blues progressed in the Scottish Cup to book their place in the quarter-finals before back-to-back league wins were to follow, with the New Zealand international making a crucial save at 0-0 to set her team on their way to a 6-0 success at Petershill to round off the month.
Kirsty Howat
Kirsty enjoyed a highly productive month in the Rangers ranks as she started all three fixtures as the Gers claimed wins in all their outings.
The striker was on hand to score a brace as the holders booked their place in the last eight of the Scottish Cup, before a further strike against Aberdeen was to follow as she then rounded off the month with a goal and assist in a convincing triumph over Partick Thistle.
Rio Hardy
Rio was another impressive performer throughout the month as she racked up five goals in the three matches.
It started with a goal off the substitutes bench in the comfortable cup win over Montrose before providing two goals and an assist in the league win against Aberdeen, before another brace was to follow with two strikes in the league win over the Jags to round off the February games.
Tessel Middag
Restored to the side in recent weeks, Tessel helped the side to three wins across two separate competitions keeping clean sheets in all the outings in the process.
The versatile Dutch midfielder has operated in her natural position as well as in the backline, with the Light Blues racking up wins over Montrose, Aberdeen and Partick Thistle before heading into the first international break of the year on a high.
Mia McAulay
Mia was a fantastic performer in the second month of the year for the Gers with her reward seeing her called up to the Scotland national team for the first camp of 2025.
She started February by finding the target on two occasions in the cup success, before another appearance was to follow as she then rounded off the month by scoring the crucial opener at Firhill before setting up the final goal of the day for Camille Lafaix to make it six.
