The candidates for the voting for the winner are as follows:
Laura Berry
Laura continued her fine strides she’s made this campaign once again throughout the first month of the calendar year as Rangers remained unbeaten throughout January.
The youngster was in the starting side as the Gers progressed to the Scottish Cup quarter-finals by beating Kilmarnock, in a game she found herself on the scoresheet as they set up a tie with Partick Thistle as a result.
Further starts against Hibs and Glasgow City followed, with the 18-year-old providing in assist in the win over the capital club and featuring in the draw at Petershill to round off the month.
Nicola Docherty
The captain was once again an ever present in the Rangers backline as she looks to lead the side to more domestic success this season.
She was on hand to provide in an assist in the first outing of the year in the 6-0 win over Kilmarnock, as the Gers kept a clean sheet and took another stride in an attempt to retain the trophy they have won in the previous two campaigns.
Two more starts followed for the skipper, as they team claimed an important three points in the home win over Hibs before a late goal saw them come away with a 1-1 in a top of the table clash with Glasgow City.
Eilidh Austin
Another academy graduate who has had a breakthrough season in blue, Eilidh will look to continue featuring regularly during the second half of the season.
She was in the XI for the cup win over the Ayrshire side, providing both a goal and assist as the Light Blues got off to the perfect start in 2026.
The young full-back was then named in the team for two big league clashes thereafter, as the Gers claimed four points in the Hibs and City outings.
Kim Shin Ji
The loan signing and fans’ favourite continues to go from strength to strength in a Rangers jersey and has started where she left off at the beginning of 2026.
She appeared off the bench in the Killie cup win, scoring a sumptuous goal to round off the scoring in the emphatic win at Broadwood.
The South Korea international was then back in the side for the two league clashes last month, as the Gers kept themselves within the top end of the table after matches against Hibs and Glasgow City.
Katie Wilkinson
Last season’s and this campaign’s current top goalscorer started 2026 where she left off by finding the back of the net in the Kilmarnock and she continued to be the main source of goals for Leanne Crichton’s side.
She found the back of the net in the Hibs win, which was an important three points for the Gers as they continue to go in pursuit of the title in the second half of the season.
Wilkinson was then in the lineup for the City match, as Calliste Brookshire’s 85th minute goal saw the away side claim a point at Petershill in the final outing of the month.
