Dealing with setbacks in a five-goal thriller, the Gers came out on top thanks to a late Mia McAulay goal before seeing it out to a claim a 3-2 victory.
Speaking to RangersTV to look back on the team’s second Old Firm win this season, she said: “It is massive for us, when your legs are going at the end and you are trying to give everything but you can hear them getting behind you it means everything to us.
“Thank you to all the supporters that came out, you gave us that little bit of a push at the end to make sure that we saw it through.
“It helped us to see it over the line; three points is what we all went there for including the fans and that is what we gave them.”
Last season’s top goalscorer ranked her header on the night in terms of goals she has had in a Rangers jersey so far, saying the team had to show their character at spells in the game to get their end result.
She added: “Perfect way to win a game? Yes, three points, that is what we went out to go and get.
“Obviously it was a little bit of a rollercoaster, but I think we showed character, we didn't get it perfect but three points is massive for us.
“My goal? It is up there, just every game we want to be winning and I want to be contributing, but it is always nice to score in an Old Firm at Ibrox.
“They had the upper hand a little bit in the first half. I think we kind of rode the storm, defended as best we could until you could get back on top.
“We didn't get it perfect tonight but we worked super hard for each other. We stuck together and it just goes to show what happens when you do that because every single one of us, every single member of staff we wanted to go and win that game and I think that showed.
“That is it, resilience, character. We have had a bit of a rollercoaster start really to the season, but it is down to us as players to trust each other on the pitch and take on board what we have been doing all week in training.
“Take it out there when it matters and tonight and we didn't get it perfect but we won the game and that is most important thing at the end of it.”
