Six Gers players will be involved in the Scotland squad as their European Championship qualifying campaign gets underway this upcoming break.
There are call-ups once again for goalkeeper Jenna Fife, captain Nicola Docherty as well as Chelsea Cornet and Brogan Hay. Jane Ross retains her place having returned to the squad for the first time since April 2022 last month after a long-term injury and there is a second appearance in the squad for forward Sarah Ewens, who will be looking to earn her first senior cap with injury ruling her out of doing so when she last appeared in the camp at the end of last season.
Pedro Martinez Losa’s squad will firstly travel to take on Serbia on Friday evening before hosting Slovakia at Hampden Stadium four days later as the Scots target reaching the finals once again after doing so for the first time in their history back in 2017.
Megan Bell – Northern Ireland

Megan will once again be part of her national team squad as Northern Ireland will also begin their bid to qualify for the European Championship finals next summer.
Tanya Oxtoby’s side will host Malta at Windsor Park on Friday evening before making the trip across Europe to face Bosnia in the break.
The midfielder is currently out on loan at Hearts from the Gers for the rest of the campaign as she looks to continue gaining minutes for both club and country to help her development.
Rachel Rowe – Wales

The attacking midfielder will be part of the Wales camp as their qualification campaign begins with a double header of matches.
The 31-year-old has been in fantastic recent form for her club, including scoring in the most recent Sky Sports Cup final victory as she will look to carry that into her country fixtures as new manager Rhian Wilkinson makes her bow in charge.
Victoria Esson – New Zealand

• New Zealand v Thailand – Tuesday, April 9 – International Friendly – 7:00pm
The goalkeeper will make the trip back home over the next week as New Zealand take on Thailand in two friendly matches.
The Football Ferns will be playing in their nation for the first time since the 2023 FIFA World Cup finals where they co-hosted the tournament as they face the Asian nation firstly on Saturday afternoon before doing so again on Tuesday evening.

A number of Rangers youngsters will be part of the Scotland Under-19s squad for their triple header of European Championship Round Two qualifiers being played in Albania over the break.
The Scots are firstly in action today when they take on Liechtenstein in the House of Football Stadium in Tirana before further matches against Cyprus and the host nation to follow.
The side will head into the fixtures in good recent form having come out on top on back-to-back occasions against Wales last time out as they target further positive results.
