Chair

Season ticket holder Stuart, who has worked in several senior executive positions globally, is particularly interested in ensuring the collective voice of the fan base is at the forefront of the Board’s thinking on all major decisions and initiatives that impact the club and our supporters.

From ticketing to the fan experience on matchdays, from the inclusion of our fans based outside Scotland to the heritage of our club, Stuart sees many opportunities for the Fan Advisory Board to challenge and support the club in maintaining its position of prominence in football.

Vice Chair

Craig runs his local RSC and is well-known within the supporters club scene. He works in financial services and excels in strategic planning, complex decision making and project management. 

Craig believes it is imperative that the fans have a say in how the club operates and wants to ensure that the voice of the fans is heard. He believes some of the main pressing issues requiring review include the ticketing system, stadium/Ibrox footprint plans and celebrating the contributions of iconic figures to our club such as the late, great Walter Smith and celebration of our heritage in general.

A Rangers fan since he was a child, Fahd is currently an Assistant Director at Deloitte, supporting clients with M&A transactions advice. Fahd is a qualified CA and CTA.

Fahd’s motives for joining the FAB include driving synergy between the support and the club and strengthening the club’s diversity and inclusion work.

Gary is the author of The Gallant Pioneers, the critically acclaimed early years’ history of Rangers.

A former journalist, his first full-time job was at the Rangers News, and he has followed and covered the club at every level for more than 40 years.

He took the decision to leave journalism in 2020 and moved to work in communications with the Scottish Government, working on social justice. He continues to work in a senior communications role in local government and, in addition to supporting the first team, is a season-ticket holder for the women’s team with his daughter, Jennifer.

Rangers has always been a significant part of Lynne’s life, and supporting the club is something she has shared with her family from an early age. As a busy working mum, she enjoys taking her youngest daughter to Ibrox and understands the importance of creating a positive matchday experience for supporters of all ages.

Lynne is a deputy managing partner at a PR and digital communications agency, with more than 25 years’ experience in communications and stakeholder engagement. She is passionate about helping people have a voice and believes the FAB has an important role in ensuring supporters feel listened to, represented and involved in shaping the club’s future.

Drawing on her professional experience, Lynne is committed to listening to supporters, communicating openly and helping to build stronger connections between the club and its support.

Carson has followed Rangers at home, away and across Europe for the past 15 years. During that time, he has built strong relationships across both the support and the club.

As an active member of the Copland Collective, Carson has experience engaging with the club to discuss issues affecting the active and travelling support. As a law student, he also brings the perspective of younger supporters and is committed to ensuring their voices are heard.

Carson has a particular interest in fan culture and the experiences of match-going supporters and is passionate about helping to strengthen the relationship between the club and its support.

Ross is the group CEO of a large UK manufacturing and construction group. His career has spanned finance, private equity and executive leadership, and he previously served as a trustee of the mental health charity SAMH.

A lifelong Rangers supporter and season-ticket holder, Ross is passionate about ensuring supporters have a genuine voice in shaping the club’s future.

He has a particular interest in supporter communication, the overall fan experience – particularly for those travelling to European away matches – and the club’s long-term development.

Gary is a contracts manager in the construction industry and has extensive professional experience of working with people at all levels, building relationships, solving problems and supporting collaborative decision-making.

He has been actively involved with the Rangers Supporters Association, including running his local supporters’ bus and previously serving as its chairman. These roles have given him valuable experience of working closely with the club on a range of supporter-related matters.

Travelling to every game from the north of Scotland, Gary brings first-hand knowledge of the challenges and varied experiences of travelling supporters. He is committed to ensuring supporters receive the best possible experience and believes every supporter should have a voice in shaping how that is achieved.
