The 16-year-old will compete in the prestigious youth competition for the first time alongside his current Gers teammates, which was earned through the side’s CAS Elite League title success last campaign.
Speaking to RangersTV after the young Gers trained at the venue upon landing in Poland, Glasgow commented: “It's a really nice stadium. It was a long journey, but the boys are looking forward to it.
“Playing in a stadium like this is a really good experience for us as well.
“We’ve seen clips of [the competition] and the players that have played in the Youth League; great players from all across the world.
“I think it's been unfortunate, speaking to the boys in the past few years, to not get the chance to go play in the Youth League.
“The boys are really excited for it, so hopefully we get a result in order to take it back to Scotland.”
On the mentality of the side heading into the first leg away from home, the teenager continued: “You want to go win the game, but there is the factor of there being a second leg.
“It plays a part, but I think you approach the game the same as a normal game, just go out and win the game and then worry about the second leg after.”
Glasgow has starred on loan at Alloa Athletic in League One this campaign.
He has been a regular on the scoresheet under Andy Graham, with the loan co-operation agreement with the Wasps allowing Glasgow, alongside Under-19s teammate Max Cameron, to pull on the Rangers jersey in the UEFA Youth League.
He said of his loan spell in Clackmannanshire: “It’s been really good.
"It's been a really welcoming team which allows me to go and do the stuff that I do on the pitch, so I can’t thank my teammates and the staff at Alloa enough.
“I think playing with Alloa gives me experience that I can bring back here.
“It’s good to play against some of the best young players in the world.
“I think jumping between the two of them is key for me. It's been really good with the club.
“You need to adapt differently because in League One the quality is probably not as good as it would be in these games.
“But they're more experienced players, they've played football their full lives, so taking that experience into these games will be crucial for me.”
