CLUB Captain Lawrence Shankland joined RYDC Director of Operations Colin Stewart at the training ground today to help promote RYDC’s hugely popular Rangers Lotto product.

Supporters have won around £200,000 in bumper end-of-month Big Blue Jackpots since RYDC launched their new Lotto prize structure last season, and over 18s can play with tickets costing just £1.

All profits generated from Rangers Lotto and other RYDC products like The Union Jackpot half-time draw, Stadium Bricks and their online store help support the Academy on a daily basis and that financial backing has aided the development of a number of first-team players down the years.

Another £300,000 was donated to the Rangers Academy earlier this year, taking RYDC’s overall contribution to more than £12.5 million since 2002.

Colin Stewart commented: “It’s always a great pleasure to present Rangers fans with huge Lotto prizes, and I thank Lawrence for taking the time to help promote RYDC.

“We’ve given away bumper Big Blue Jackpots in excess of £200,000 to supporters since we launched our new Lotto prize structure last season, and the more who play, the bigger the jackpot will be.

“At least £12,000 must be won in four-week months and a minimum of £15,000 in five-week months, and I thank our fanbase who continue to back us by investing in products like Rangers Lotto.

“Every penny of profit goes to the Academy, and we’re extremely proud to have provided almost £13 million so far.”
