Rangers welcomed Dujon Sterling to Rangers from Chelsea in the summer of 2023.

Joining Chelsea at just eight years old, Sterling worked his way through the club’s youth ranks and made his debut for the first-team against Nottingham Forest in an EFL Cup tie in September 2017.

He gained valuable experience with loan spells at Coventry City, Wigan Athletic, Blackpool and Stoke City and represented England up to under-20 level.

In season 2023/24, Sterling quickly established himself in the Rangers first-team, playing in defence and midfield as he became a reliable figure under Philippe Clement.

A Man of the Match performance in the League Cup final in December 2023 saw Sterling lift the first trophy of his senior career.
