The defender urged people to adhere to government guidelines and utilise their prohibited time outdoors.
With the SWPL season on hold the former Everton player has been doing her best to keep sharp, ready for things to kick off again. Rangers were sitting top of the league when the global pandemic halted all sport.
In a video message Brownlie said:
“In return we must do our bit and follow the government guidelines, we must use our one hour a day to go out and do physical activity or only the leave the house for essentials, such as food or medicine.
“Once we are out of the house make sure we obey by the social distancing.
“I have also been doing home workouts and a little bit of baking here and there to keep myself busy.
“We are all missing football right now and we can’t wait to get back but the most important thing is people’s health and wellbeing, take care.”
