Calum Adamson, Lewis Stewart, Rydnn McGuire and Alfie Halliwell – Scotland Under-19s

Lithuania Under-19s 2-1 Scotland Under-19s – Saturday, November 15 – Under-19 European Championships Qualifying
Scotland Under-19s 0-4 England Under-19s – Tuesday, November 18 – Under-19 European Championships Qualifying
All of our Academy players featured for Scotland Under-19s in their European Championship qualifiers despite results not going the side’s way.
Both goalkeeper Halliwell and winger Stewart started all three games for the young Scots, while Adamson was given the nod from the off against Latvia and Lithuania and goalkeeper McGuire was introduced in the second half of the defeat to England.

Wales Under-19s 0-3 Germany Under-19s – Tuesday, November 18 – Friendly
Josh boasted the honour of captaining his country in their victory over Japan last week, with the young forward also netting the opening goal in the triumph.
Indeed, the side were then victorious against the USA before Josh was given the nod from the off in the defeat to Germany which proved a challenging test for the young side.
Wales host the European Championships next summer where the teenager will hope to be involved infront of a home faithful.
Callum Burnside and Blaine McClure – Northern Ireland Under-19s
Malta Under-19s 0-1 Northern Ireland Under-19s – Wednesday, November 12 – Under-19 European Championships Qualifying
Northern Ireland Under-19s 1-0 Azerbaijan Under-19s – Saturday, November 15 – Under-19 European Championships Qualifying
Czech Republic Under-19s 4-0 Northern Ireland Under-19s – Tuesday, November 18 – Under-19 European Championships Qualifying
Blaine captained the side, and Callum played an instrumental role, as Northern Ireland secured qualification to the Elite Round of European Championship qualifying.
Victory over Malta set the tone for the young side, who backed it up with a 1-0 win over Azerbaijan before succumbing to defeat to Czech Republic on the final matchday.
Both will now return to compete for their respective loan clubs this weekend as March will determine their passage to the European Championships in north Wales next summer.
