With a pause in club football for the international break, the head coach took time to discuss the progress with his team so far, the biggest challenges, and the latest addition to his backroom staff, set-piece coach Scott Fry.
Sitting down with RangersTV, Röhl said: “I am very happy at the moment to be here at this fantastic club.
"We had some good results, of course, but we have also had some small setbacks. All in all, I am happy with the development, especially in the league at the moment.
“I think the biggest challenge has been that there are a lot of new opponents. You have to understand what it means to play in the league, but you have also got to understand what it means to play three days later in the Europa League. I think this is the most important challenge at the moment to find a good balance.”
On the relationship he has already built with supporters, Röhl said: “You can never plan this, but straight away there was a relationship. I think the first impression in Bergen was really special before the game and even after the game.
"You feel the passion, even now in the last away game. I think it is fantastic to have so many people with you.
"If we continue, and if we have good performances on the pitch, then I am very sure people will stay behind us.

“I see my team going in the right direction, and I think the reaction after the Bergen game was a crucial thing. We were honest with each other in the meeting room. We spoke about the basics, and it’s getting better and better."
"Of course, in all the phases of our games there’s still space for improvements, and that is important.”
With Scott Fry joining the club earlier this week as set-piece coach, Röhl highlighted the importance of that area and his coaches.
He added: “It is important to understand it is not a one-man show. I need good people around me. Set pieces in general are a big part; sometimes you have tight games, and if you need a set-piece goal, it is always great that you have good opportunities.
“It is about bringing things from the meeting room onto the pitch, and for this, you need a specialist, and we looked through the data and who has the best data in set pieces.
“We found a shortlist, and I spoke with some guys, and in the end, Scott did really well in the meeting.
It is not always easy to get people here because there is also competition in the market, and in the end, we could get him, and this is fantastic.”
