The midfielder became the second summer arrival at the Gers following the addition of Fallon Connolly-Jackson and has featured regularly in their outings so far including a home debut at Ibrox last weekend.
Speaking to the official club website to reflect on her time in blue to date, she commented: “It has been brilliant, I have really enjoyed myself.
“It is a great group that I have come into and I feel like I can really express myself here and grow.
“It is always nice when you come in and you know people because you have a familiar face but I think Raff and Wilko have been kind of the bridge for me to meet new people as well.
“The girls are all lovely and I feel like there no cliques or groups or anything like that and it can be rare sometimes; it is always difficult when you come into a such a big group with such a range of personalities but this group is really great and I feel like I have fitted in quite well.”
“I kind of got thrown in at the deep end a little bit at the start. I was only at the club a few days then we were away to Italy but it was probably the best possible scenario because you get to know everyone so quickly.
“How the team works, how the staff work and how things operate. That was really good and two tough games against the Milan teams but they were great games to lead us into the start of the season.”
The 24-year-old spoke of learning off new Head Coach Leanne Crichton during their time together, as she is hopeful of taking tips off the former midfielder with the pair taking up similar positions on the pitch.
She continued: “She has great knowledge of the game. As a young player I want to keep learning and just trying to learn her philosophy and really get behind that and hopefully we can be successful as a team.
“She was a midfielder herself and we had a conversation where she was saying to me that in terms of our styles of play and stuff it is pretty similar at times.
“I can keep learning off her and I am a player who wants that open feedback, positives and negatives, I want to keep growing and I think I'm in the perfect environment to help me do that.
“Midfield competition? We all understand the qualities that each of us bring and we are quite different all of us, but whoever Leanne goes for before the game we back each on that and it raises everyone's performances levels in training.
“It brings the standard up and will make us better in the long run.”
The Wales international was handed her competitive debut in the SWPL opening day win against Montrose before experiencing Ibrox for the first time last weekend. Griffiths says she is appreciative of the time she had on the pitch so far and is hoping to continue that in their next outing against Motherwell tomorrow afternoon.
She added: “I was grateful to be given the opportunity to play. We have a competitive squad here and we are here to help each other.
“I think there will be different things asked of all of us over the season and it is about sticking together, but of course I was happy to make my debut.
“I have played in men's stadiums before but I think Ibrox is a little bit different in terms of the fanbase and things that come as well.
“It is obviously a fantastic stadium and it is a club with a lot of history. To see inside the tunnel and stuff it was really cool as well.
“We didn't get the result we wanted but there is loads of things we can learn from and as far as experience goes playing at a stadium like Ibrox it was good.
“We are still trying to implement new things and the way the manager wants us to play.
“Sometimes that takes time and we recognise that we didn't have enough aggression and fight in us for large parts of the game but when we did and we won the ball back in high areas we caused them problems.
“It is about taking the positives and negatives we can learn from into the next game.
“We hope to win the game, we will not underestimate Motherwell, but also they are the kind of games that we need to win if we are going to be successful this season.
“They pose a different challenge, maybe similar to Montrose in a way in terms of maybe more of a defensive block that we'll come up against and we'll need to move the ball well but I am definitely looking forward to the game and a chance to put right some of the wrongs from the weekend.”
