The young Ger reflected on this afternoon’s strong away victory in the league campaign and highlighted that the squad showed a calmness to gain the win.
Speaking exclusively to RangersTV following a positive away victory, he said: “It was a good win; I think that they [Stirling University] have been doing well in the league and it was good to come here and get the victory.
“We had a lot of control; it was about trying to find that calmness when we got into good areas.”
The home side fought back in the second half to gain the equaliser before Ross McCausland netted the winner with ten minutes left in the game, but Allan insisted that the squad were able to maintain control to take all three points.
He said: “When it’s tight, they’re always going to come after and make it difficult. We were able to control that at times, but in the end, we were able to hang on and get a well-deserved victory.
“Every team in this league is going to cause a threat, we just have to stand up to that.”
