The forward was delighted with her own contribution and the performance of the whole squad.
Speaking to RangersTV, she said: “It was a really good all-round performance from everyone and I think we can take a lot of positives from that, especially being the first game of the season.
“We had really good support from everyone who came out to watch us so that was great to see too. We are all really grateful for that so to score lots of goals for the fans was nice and we just hope we can continue that and push on from here.
“We have a lot of creativity within the group and we don't just want to rely on one or two goalscorers, the fact it is spread across the whole team is fantastic. It is good for team morale as well and you could tell that everyone was really happy for everyone that scored and we enjoyed today.”
With four of the summer signings starting the match and making their competitive debuts, Arnot says the whole squad will be key moving forward this season.
She continued: “We have got good strength and depth in the squad now that if you don't start you can come on and make an impact.
“As a team our aim is to win trophies and if we can all help and contribute in some way then that is the best thing for us.
“We are not just going to become complacent, we are going to keep working hard and Aberdeen will be a completely different test, we know the strengths that we have and the qualities and we will just need to go and work hard and get those three points again next weekend.”
