The Light Blues make the trip to Easter Road to face Hibernian on Wednesday evening before they host Raith Rovers at Ibrox bidding to seal their place in the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup.
Speaking to the media before Wednesday evening's trip to Edinburgh, the Gers boss said: "We need to play the games that are in front of us. It's a big week.
"Obviously the first part we have navigated through, another win, and we're doing well in that sense in terms of the league. Wednesday will be a tough test then we have the Scottish Cup quarter-final to look forward to at the weekend.
"There's still a lot to play for, about where we want to go as a team and a bigger aim about what we need to do. The next 13-14 games, we want to win as many as we can and retain the Scottish Cup. We can only take care of Rangers.
"There's a short-term about trying to win every game in front of us and improve our level, then there's a long-term about what the club is going to look like in terms of playing staff and style.
"This week is a pivotal week, but I don't remember a period in my time at Rangers where it didn't feel like it was an important week."
The Ibrox side face a Hibs side who are fresh off three victories in a row and a resounding a 4-1 win away at Livingston, but Beale insists that Rangers can take huge encouragement from their strong away record since his arrival.
He added: "It will be an emotional night given it's the first night back after Ron Gordon passed away, and condolences to him and his family. It was really sad news. It's a really good game at this moment in time.
"They're going very well, best part of their season after a few difficult weeks before that. They've been in fine form and got a good result at the weekend.
"They have good players and we'll have to put in a strong performance. We're going there for three points and they're going to come for us and try to beat us. It makes for an intriguing game.
"It's usually a good atmosphere and they are feisty games. There's no reason why Hibs wouldn't be on the front foot against us. Our away form has been very strong, we'll have to perform well. We're in a good place at the moment, we'll go there very confident but we're facing a team that will meet us head on.
"It makes for a nicer game of football when two teams go head-to-head. It gives us a little bit more space and we welcome that. As it always is when Rangers go to Easter Road, they will feel that they can come and beat us and it gives us more space to go and play. The home games are different to the away games against most teams, and I enjoy the away games."
