BROGAN Hay has been named in the Scotland senior squad for the first time ahead of their training camp in Spain next week.
The winger is one of five Rangers players in Pedro Martinez Losa’s squad who will face two friendlies against Venezuela and Panama.
Jenna Fife, Nicola Docherty, Rachel McLauchlan and Sam Kerr will all also join up with the squad on November 7.
Head coach Malky Thomson was delighted to see Hay recognised in the squad. He said: “I am delighted for Brogan to receive her first call-up to the senior national team. She works incredibly hard both on and off the pitch and since going full-time has continued to improve in all areas of her game.
“It is fantastic that she will now have the opportunity to be involved at a senior international level which I am sure will only help her to continue to push herself.
“To be called-up to represent your country is a hugely proud moment for any player and I congratulate all the players named in the squad.”
