The winger says the Light Blues will take confidence from their start to the season but knows it will be a tough test against the Edinburgh side.
Speaking to RangersTV ahead of the game, she said: “Both teams are coming off the back of a comfortable win during the week and Hibs have had a strong start to the season but so have we.
“We know to expect a hard game against Hibs, it has been in the past so both teams will be ready for it but our focus is on us and we just stick to our game plan.
“It has been a good start and it gives us confidence going into every game because everybody wants to continue our strong start to the season.
"We just want to get as many goals as possible and put in good performances and it will drive us on for the rest of the season.”
Hay has scored six goals so far in all competitions, including a hat-trick in Wednesday night’s 6-1 victory over Spartans and she feels she is now seeing the full benefits of playing and training at a professional level.
She continued: “At the start of this season I made that one of my aims to add goals to my performances.
"Working with the coaching staff it is something that I have been able to contribute so far this season and it is something I just want to continue.
“I think that with the professional environment it is only going to help me get fitter and playing alongside the best players in the country is also helping me technically and tactically on the pitch.
“It’s great being in that environment and everything else comes together, I think it is the best thing for me.”
