The Light Blues will make the short trip to Petershill Park in the second installment of a busy week of matches, with every fixture having a real bearing on where the title may end up this campaign.
Speaking to the official club website to preview the match against the side currently top of the pile with the Gers a point adrift, she commented: “When we go into these games we want to come away with three points.
“It is a massive three-game week for us so that is exactly what we are looking for.
“Split games? I think that is the massive positive of this season, it has been really tight at the top which is exciting.
“As players, it is games like this that you want to play in, where the pressure is there and you manage it and take it all on board.
“The top-six has been really exciting and each week we need to come and play to the best of our ability and we know that.
“If you are not quite there it's a risk to lose points.”
The Scotland international has reflected on Sunday’s Old Firm derby draw after the two rivals took a point apiece from their penultimate meeting this season, saying they will have to up their levels to claim victory come this evening.
She continued: “Obviously we were disappointed, to say the least.
“I think we could have got more from the game, going 1-0 up we felt comfortable but second half we did not perform to the best of our ability.
“We were disappointed but we will bounce back and it is all to go for the next game.
“Credit to Kirsty [Howat] she has taken her goal great, a first-time finish right into the top corner.
“It was superb and she almost replicates that again and we hit the post.
“Another day they go in, I think we created more chances in the first half, could have taken a few but second half they limited us to very little.
“Fair play to them but we are disappointed not to come away with the three points.
“We had a wee blip in our performance on Sunday but prior to that, we have been performing really well.
“Scoring loads of goals and we have been really positive in our play, playing forward.
“We are looking to take those aspects back into our game.”
The Gers were boosted in their ranks with the return to the pitch of pairing Mia McAulay and Liv McLoughlin in the weekend’s draw, with the midfielder saying everyone will have a role to play in a busy run-in till the end of May.
She added: “Getting key players back? It is massive, it is good to see the girls coming back from injury, it is important.
“Especially in the split the games come thick and fast.
“It is massive to get them back on the pitch so all credit for all their hard work off it and behind the scenes.
“I thought they did really well when they came on and straight into it.
“Straight into an Old Firm so they had to get to grips with the game fast but that is all we can ask for from the players and credit to them for getting back on the pitch on Sunday.”
