Cornet’s strike was the difference in their last fixture of November as her goal helped Malky Thomson’s side to a 1-0 victory against Partick Thistle.
Speaking after being voted player of the month, she said: “I’m honoured to have picked up this award.
“I didn’t realise at the time how important the goal against Partick Thistle would be and I didn’t think much of it.
"Watching it back, it was a pretty special goal and obviously secured us three points which is the main thing.”
