Goals from Fabio Silva, Rabbi Matondo and Todd Cantwell secured the points in a dominant display at home.
Speaking to RangersTV at full-time, Clement said: “It was a really mature game, there's a really good synergy with the fans in the past couple of weeks and I felt this energy before the game.
“The players are growing, we see a better team week by week, everybody is starting to become fitter, there are less players injured and more players available mentally, physically and tactically.
“Another positive thing is we have two signings who played a good game today with Fabio [Silva] scoring his goal and Oscar [Cortes] coming in and showing the right things so we are on the right way.
“It is about keeping this consistency, growing, becoming better, keeping this hunger and desire to become better and keeping our focus on ourselves.”
The manager believes there is confidence in the stands and on the pitch as the squad showed patience to break down a stubborn Livingston side in the first-half.
He continued: “Patience is super important, but you also feel in the stands there is much more patience than in the beginning. I remember the first game there was a lot of nervousness in the stands at the beginning of the game and now you feel a lot of confidence.
“This confidence is created by the players and what they did in the last couple of months, but it also gives more confidence to the players in those moments. We wanted to start hard, we wanted to score fast, we had a few chances at the beginning of the game to score fast but in football it doesn't always work that way.
“You need to continue and not start to become nervous, and the team are now taking this lesson that we are confident, but we keep our tempo. It has been our strength, everybody is working hard for the team, I don't want ego's, I want people who are ready to be there for the team.
“I want people who work hard every time, not for themselves but for the collective and then the individual things come much more, and you have more pleasure as an individual player.”
