The Light Blues reacted to defeat on their return from the international break with an emphatic 4-0 win over Romanian side FCSB under the lights at Ibrox, to make it six points out of nine in the competition so far.
Speaking to RangersTV reflecting on the display, he commented: “I thought it was a great team performance, it is what we needed after the result at Kilmarnock.
“We bounced back well and it is just important that we keep this momentum up and we don't stop.
“It is a full team performance; everyone is happy with keeping clean sheets and everyone is happy with scoring goals.
“As long as we win at the end of the day, we will go away with that.”
The midfielder has praised the side for their start to the match having opened the scoring inside 10 minutes, saying there was a relentless approach throughout from the players to go for more.
He continued: “I think we started bright, we started on the front foot and that is something that we need to carry with us, that can't just be a one-game thing.
“It was nice to see that tonight but it is just about us continuing and not stopping and keeping our standards high.
“Keep pushing on and going for more? Yes definitely and you also look at the other side of it as well, at times we were maybe a bit vulnerable at the back.
“We should have kept more control in that and not letting it get into a basketball game at times but then again we were solid and we got plenty of goals there as well but it is important for us to keep driving and also want more and that is what we want as a squad.”
The 22-year-old has encouraged the Gers to keep pushing on as they now target a return to winning ways domestically when they host St Mirren this Sunday afternoon.
He added: “We shouldn't need to have that response it should just be what it is to wear this shirt.
“It is important for us to keep our confidence high and keep pushing and keeping the standards high.”
