It has been a frustrating few weeks for all associated at Rangers, but Röhl wants his players to leave a positive last impression this campaign ahead of a period where his squad will be reshaped over the next few months.
The Head Coach spoke of an 'unbelievable' last 48 hours following discussions with the club's hierarchy about the direction of his side as he seeks improvement in several key areas.
Speaking to the media as Rangers prepare for their final home outing of the season, Röhl said: "The last impression before the summer break should be a very positive one because with this we want to go into the pre-season with a great feeling.
"It wouldn't be the best feeling because that would be after winning something, but with a strong feeling. It's our job tomorrow.
"We need to put everything in and take the right result."
On the support he has received from those upstairs, Röhl spoke of the honest conversations: "I think the last 48 hours were unbelievable in terms of the support from the board.
"Everyone around me sees a lot of positive things, but we're also critical of ourselves.
"With Tav we will lose our captain, and it means for us a big signal. We need new leaders, more leaders for the dressing room, to set our standards on the training pitch.
"In difficult moments of the game, this is crucial, and it's a great opportunity to work on this.
"I had a conversation with the club yesterday, and I'm very clear what we need after the last three weeks to be top.
"There will be changes, and we need to change. We started in January, making some good signings, and everyone who is new needs rhythm.
"In the summer, we want to move forward, bring quality in, bring leadership in, and it's those two we need to bring together.
"It's not just individual quality. It's not just leaders. We need a team. And for this, we need different profiles, and we're very clear in which direction we want to move forward.
"We're really honest with each other. We know the realities at this moment, with three defeats and in three important games where we couldn't deliver.
"At this point, we need to move forward, and it's important that we have a strong finish."
Captain James Tavernier will sign off at Ibrox as a Rangers player tomorrow evening, 11 years after arriving at the club as a fresh-faced 23-year-old.
The Hall of Fame full-back's contribution has been remarkable, delivering goal contributions traditionally unheard of for a player in his position as well as winning everything on offer domestically and captaining the club to the UEFA Europa League final in 2022.
Röhl said of Tavernier's sign-off: "Hopefully, even in the situation that we can create a good goodbye. He deserves it.
"He has done a lot of things for the club for a long time. He loves the club, and he has made the decision.
"I really respect him, and it's important he gets a good goodbye from all of us."
