The Light Blues added four new players, with Tuur Rommens, Tochi Chukwuani, Andreas Skov Olsen and Ryan Naderi coming in during the January transfer window.
The Head Coach, who joined the club in October, was delighted to add his fellow German on the final day, and he believes the squad are in a stronger place than when the window opened.
Speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow’s game with Kilmarnock, he said: “First of all, I’m very happy that we could sign him.
“He’s scored goals, he’s provided assists, and he brings a lot of things we need in attack - power, running, good physicality, strong pressing, and he’s good in the air.
“He played 90 minutes at the weekend, and he can come straight in. We will see if he is available tomorrow.
“When I spoke to him, I felt the fire from him. I know Hansa Rostock; they have 25,000 or 30,000 crazy fans, and that helps him prepare for our place.
“Of course, he comes to a new league and needs some time to adapt - that’s normal. But when I look back at this transfer window, I’m very positive.
“Not just about the players coming in, but also how we handled players going out. We reduced the numbers in the squad, but increased the quality, and that’s important for the second half of the season.
“We also didn’t just sign players on short-term deals - we brought in players for the future as well. These decisions were made together as a club, and that’s crucial.
“We have more balance now, especially in midfield, and more options in attack. We can play with one striker, two strikers, or with two number 10s behind, and this flexibility is important.
“At the moment, I’m convinced we have a very good group together.”
The Gers are looking to get back to winning ways following Sunday’s 0-0 draw with Hibernian at Easter Road.
Rohl wants his team to be brave against Kilmarnock and says his players are determined to hunt down a league title.
He added: “Against Hibs, the effort was there; it came down to decision-making and being more clinical in the right moments.
“It happens, but if you have a clean sheet, then you take something. We have to be on the front foot against Kilmarnock, be brave, and I want a team who attacks.
“We are ready to go against an opponent who won at the weekend. Everyone knows Neil McCann will bring energy and spirit into Kilmarnock, and he will want to show how good he is.
“We have to be ready for another big fight, but after this game, we will see where we are.
“I believe we can win a lot of games until the end of the season. I can’t guarantee we win 14 games, but I am convinced that this group has everything to go forward on the final steps.
“The season isn’t decided now. What matters is where you are at the end.”
