The visit of the Italian heavyweights represents an opportunity for Rangers to get their first points on the board in the UEFA Europa League League Phase.
Ibrox has been a fortress for the side in European competition in recent years, and Röhl has revealed he has received glowing recommendations of the atmosphere from acquaintances back in Germany.
Speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow evening's clash in Govan, the Head Coach commented: "I saw the video after the RB Leipzig game here at home and what a crazy atmosphere it was.
"I spoke with some players in the last couple of days from Leipzig, and they all said the atmosphere at Ibrox was really special.
"It's also part of why I enjoy being here now. It's about winning games in the league but also having good European nights.
"I think the last three games were not successful, and tomorrow we have the next chance against a good opponent."
On the need to ignite their league phase campaign, Röhl continued: "The next [game] is always the most important one, and of course, in this competition at the moment we have zero points.
"We need to start as soon as possible to take points, but we face an opponent tomorrow who has been strong in the league.
"We saw some parts in the game that we need to do, how we can hurt them, and it's important to understand tomorrow that we're brave and thinking forward.
"There will be 50-50 moments tomorrow, and if you win duels and attack in the right spaces, you have a chance. If not, it could be in the other direction."
AS Roma currently sit fourth in the Serie A standings and missed the opportunity to move to the summit of the table with a 1-0 defeat to Milan on Sunday evening.
The side are managed by Gian Piero Gasperini, who led Atalanta to UEFA Europa League success in 2024, and Röhl believes the Italian side will pose an interesting tactical challenge.
He added: "When you look at the results, they're very close. It's not a team which concedes a lot of goals and a team which scores not many goals. The results are often 1-0, 2-1, 0-1.
"It's a team which presses man-to-man all over the pitch, which will be a challenge tomorrow.
"In ball possession, they have a lot of rotations, and you need to understand how to press them in which moments.
"You then of course have players with good individual quality, but I have my team who is ready to go into such a game and put everything into it."
