With the first-leg at home, Gers will take to Ibrox for just the second time as professionals as they host the Portuguese champions.
Speaking exclusively to RangersTV ahead of the match, she said: "I can't wait for it, it is going to be unbelievable, I remember when we played against Aberdeen not too long ago it was great seeing the fans that turned out but hopefully we can get even more at this match.
"You know what it is like in football, they really are the 12th man so hopefully we can generate a big crowd and make it another fantastic occasion for the club.
"What we achieved last season has taken us in the right direction of where we want the club to go so to secure Champions League football and especially playing at Ibrox is a massive achievement for the club and we are just raring to get going now.

"It is really important that we get to play big games here at Ibrox, you can see other teams are doing it across the country so for Rangers to give us the opportunity to play at Ibrox on one of the best stages in the world is something that we are really excited about."
Looking back on Round 1 in Greece, Docherty is proud of how the squad handled their first experience of Champions League football but expects another step up against Benfica in Round 2.
She continued: "I was proud of how the girls handled it, I think there were only maybe four or five players who had had Champions League experience before, but you could really see the grit and determination from everyone at the club.
"The more experience you get in that environment is only going to help going forward but the girls were excellent throughout the two games and seeing out results like we needed to do against aggressive teams, so I think the players and staff on that trip were outstanding.
"The biggest thing in Champions League football is getting that experience and playing top football against top oppositions and that is what we are going to get against Benfica who are a fantastic side but like I said we have got experience in our belts now and it is going to stand us in good stead going forward.
"It is one of my favourite competitions. I love playing Champions League football. It is so different, it is much more aggressive and the standard of football is really high so to be playing that at Ibrox as well is something that I'll never forget come Tuesday night and hopefully we can get a result. We know ourselves it is going to be a tough match and we need to be at our very best."
