They advised:
Due to the rise in infections, the Gibraltar Government has now enforced in law, limits to the sizes of congregations. This includes outside areas and bars/restaurants. The group sizes are limited to 20 persons and this includes in outside areas, such as the area outside The Arena (where the Rangers fans congregated on their previous visit).
Social distancing measures have to be implemented at all times which means that the seating areas within bars and restaurants (and including terraces) have been limited in size to ensure that the distancing is maintained. In some establishments, 50% capacity is only permitted.
Persons are not allowed to attend establishments without prior booking of tables and contact tracing forms need to be filled in accordingly.
Persons within the premises are not allowed to be standing around and need to be seated at all times (this will no doubt have an effect on the singing/dancing of the fans).
Masks need to be worn at all times within establishments and in areas where social distancing cannot be maintained.
We have been advised that there will be no access to any vantage points around the stadium and these will be policed to ensure that no fans congregate.
Whilst we would desperately love to have the thousands of travelling supporters, we must stress that the club advises that no supporter should travel.
