Trailing by a goal to nil in the game, the goalkeeper was on hand to deny Eilidh Adams from 12-yards before Rio Hardy found the back of the net in stoppage time as the Gers maintained their unbeaten start to the league season.
Speaking to RangersTV after the game and reflecting on her milestone for the club, she said: “Obviously I am happy to save the penalty and Rio has gone on and got us the equaliser which is great but I am just glad that we got the point and positive about the penalty save as well.
“I am absolutely delighted; I love playing for this club, to get 100 appearances is crazy but I am so happy and hopefully there is many more to come.”
The 28-year-old has reflected on the match overall and says the team showed real character to fight until the end to claim a point in the capital.
She continued: “It was really tough conditions, probably with the weather you can't really play the football you want to play but at the end of the day we didn't lose the game and that's the main thing.
“I think we were on top in the game to be honest. They had the penalty to go one up and two penalties, two shots on target I think that says a lot on how we played, but if you are not going to win the game don't lose it and that's what we have got from today."
“Showing character? We have shown over the years that we are a team that is not going to give up. We know that we were still in the game the whole game. We knew we could get something from it, even in the end up it could have possibly been 2-1 but we will take the point.”
The shot stopper will now join up with the Scotland national team ahead of their crucial Euro play-off tie against Hungary over the coming break, and she says the whole squad are excited for the occasion.
She added: “I am really excited, two massive games against Hungary, we are going in confident and hopefully we can go and get the results we need.”
