It is the first time Shelley Kerr’s side have been back in competitive action since lifting the Pinatar Cup in March.
Rangers’ Jenna Fife, Nicola Docherty, Lizzie Arnot and Zoe Ness have all been called up to the squad - the most Light Blues ever to feature in the Women’s national side.
Scotland currently sit second in their group, four points behind Finland, having played two games less.

Elsewhere, Demi Vance is heading for Belarus as Northern Ireland play their sixth match of their qualifying campaign.
Kenny Shiels' squad have already been in Euro 2022 qualifying action post-lockdown with a 6-0 victory away to the Faroe Islands last month.
They will be looking to build on that win as they chase a qualifying play-off spot.
Northern Ireland currently sit in fourth place in the table, one point behind Belarus - who have played a game less.
