KATHRYN Hill believes she will have everything she needs at Rangers to continue to progress as a player after joining the club from Durham.
The defender was announced as Malky Thomson’s first signing of the summer transfer window and insists she is ready to work hard in Light Blue.
Speaking exclusively to RangersTV after joining the club, Hill said: “When I spoke to Amy [McDonald] and Malky and they were giving me the background on the club and the facilities and I thought I have got everything I need to progress here.
“It is up to me how hard I want to work but I have got goals in mind and I think I have got everything I need here which is good, I am really excited. It is a proud day for my family and I and I am just looking forward to getting started and for the hard work to begin.”

Prior to moving to America, Hill was at Rangers for around five years and is looking forward to having the opportunity to play for the club once again - this time as a professional.
She continued: “I have been away from home for about seven and a half years now so I think for me I wanted to be back home and around my friends and family. When Rangers are interested and as a Rangers fan there's only one move you want to make.
“I have matured a lot, I picked up a lot of experience in America. It was the more athletic side of the game and then I played in the championship in England for five years. I have picked up a lot from playing down there and how competitive every game is and that is what it is going to be like here so it is important that I can use that experience and bring it to the team as well.
“Now that it is done and I am here it feels a bit more real so I am just excited to get on the pitch now and start kicking a ball about.”
