Supporters and shareholders attending Monday’s Rangers EGM at the Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central, should note the following information.
Travelling and Parking
There are several options to get to the Doubletree by Hilton, Glasgow Central, with public transport the recommended option.
The venue is a three-minute walk from Cowcaddens Subway Station, and an eight-minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station.
The main rail terminals at Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central are both within a 12-minute walk.
Should you wish to drive, the council-operated Cambridge Street car park (G3 6RU) is immediately adjacent to the venue.
For supporters with additional access needs, level-access drop off and pick-up is available at the main entrance to the hotel on Cambridge Street. Six accessible parking spaces are reserved at the hotel itself on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional, accessible parking is available at the Cambridge Street car park.

Accessing the Meeting
Access will be through the main entrance of the Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central on Cambridge Street, where you will be guided through to the registration area.
The EGM itself takes place in the Grand Ballroom.
Shareholders are asked to arrive in good time from 09:30hrs in order to clear the registration process and bring their attendance card which was included with the Notice of EGM.
In the event that the attendance card is lost, Shareholders should bring another form of ID (a credit/debit card will suffice).
Shareholders whose shares are held in a nominee account with their stockbroker will need a corporate representative’s letter (issued by the custodian of their shares) in order to be admitted.
Non-shareholders including guests of shareholders, will not be admitted.
The meeting will consider the resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM, each of which will be subject to a vote. The result of these resolutions will be released once the results have been verified.
The fan engagement and customer service teams will be available in the registration areas and foyer before and after the meeting to assist supporters.
In line with our commitment to removing barriers and promoting inclusion, Rangers Football Club will provide sign language interpreters at the EGM to ensure all supporters can fully engage with the event.
