Five Gers travelled to Spain on Monday as part of Pedro Martinez Losa’s squad as Scotland began a 10-day training camp which will see three games played in the 2022 Pinatar Cup.
Scotland are joined by Wales, Slovakia, Belgium, Russia, Poland, Republic of Ireland and Hungary for the eight-team competition.
The Scots, who lifted the cup when it was last played in 2020, will begin their defence on Wednesday afternoon as they face Wales at 2.30pm (UK time).
In a new format for the competition, Scotland will then either face Slovakia or Belgium on Saturday, February 19 before a final game of the tournament on Tuesday, February 22.
Jamaica - Chantelle Swaby and Kayla McCoy
Thursday 17 February - Jamaica v Bermuda - World Cup Qualifier - 11pm
Sunday 20 February - Grenada v Jamaica - World Cup Qualifier - 9pm
Both Chantelle Swaby and Kayla McCoy have been called-up to the Jamaica national team as they begin their qualifying campaign for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Jamaica have been drawn in a qualifying group alongside Dominican Republic, Bermuda, Grenada and the Cayman Islands.
They will play each of the teams in Group C once between this international break and the next in April with the hope of progressing to the next round of qualification.
Jamaica kick-off their campaign Thursday evening with a home match at Independence Park as they host Bermuda before facing Grenada in the capital St George’s on Sunday.
Republic of Ireland - Ciara Grant
Wednesday 16 February - Republic of Ireland v Poland - Pinatar Cup - 2.30pm
Saturday 19 February - Russia/Hungary v Republic of Ireland - Pinatar Cup
Tuesday 22 February - Republic of Ireland v TBC - Pinatar Cup
Ciara has been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad as they make their first appearance at the Pinatar Cup.
Similar to Scotland, they will also play three matches in the next week as part of the tournament. However, the Republic of Ireland will not face Slovakia due to being in the same FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying group.
They begin the tournament with a match against Poland on Wednesday afternoon, before facing either Hungary or Russia on Saturday.
Northern Ireland - Demi Vance and Megan Bell
Thursday 17 February - Northern Ireland v Faroe Islands - Friendly
Sunday 20 February - Northern Ireland v Switzerland - Friendly
Wednesday 23 February - Northern Ireland v Romania - Friendly
Megan Bell has been called-up to the Northern Ireland squad for the first time since recovering from injury alongside Demi Vance.
The two Gers will be part of Kenny Shiels’ 23-player squad as they travel to Spain for a 10-day training camp.
While based at the Marbella Football Centre, Northern Ireland will play three friendlies as they prepare for two important FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches in April.
They will play the Faroe Islands on Thursday, Switzerland on Sunday and round off the camp with a match against Romania on Wednesday.
