It was the late show at Broadwood Stadium as two stoppage time goals helped the Gers to a 3-0 victory over Aberdeen.
Speaking to RangersTV after the triumph, the Academy graduate commented: “Ever since Leanne has come in I’ve got on really well with her. She brings out the best in me.
“Moving into different positions and learning those different positions, I’m still young and I want to keep developing. I want to help the team and fill in where I can.
“I’ll just keep working hard and playing as many minutes as possible to help the team.
“I’ve loved my football this month and I feel we’ve had a really good month as a team being unbeaten. Hopefully that continues, and for me personally it’s just about continuing.
“One thing that I want to be is consistent because I’ve struggled with that in the past. I’ve managed to be consistent so far with my performances and hopefully long may that continue, not just for me but the team too.”
Katie Wilkinson cracked the contest open just beyond the hour-mark to settle any lingering unease before a Holly Daniel own goal and Mia McAulay finish capped off a good day’s work.
The victory extended the side’s winning run to four games, which included a fine Old Firm success at the beginning of the month.
On the display, McLeary added: “We needed to work for it, but we know every game that we’ll need to work for it. We knew it was going to be a difficult game.
“Aberdeen have improved this season and credit to them because they made it difficult, but at the end of the day we have enough quality in the dressing room to beat any team in this league.
“Three points, three goals, and a clean sheet. It’s a really good day for us.
“It was just about sharpening up. We made the pitch too big at times and played into Aberdeen’s hands, but when we came out for the second half we showed what we were all about.
“There was a real togetherness and willingness to score. We could have had a few more, myself included, but at the end of the day we came for three points and we’ll keep on pushing forward.
“At half-time there was no panic; we just had to continue doing what we were doing.
“We were a bit short on numbers today, but the quality coming off the bench, Laura [Berry] was exceptional, made an impact.
“We need the whole team together so that even if we are down on numbers we still have that quality to come off the bench.”
