The Light Blues return to domestic action with a trip to face Queen’s Park in the SWPL Cup this weekend after an encouraging performance in defeat to SL Benfica in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.
Speaking exclusively to the Rangers Official Website, Kerr said: "We have so much strength in depth in our team at the moment. We can make changes and the quality and standards are still there.
"Everyone is performing. We can just keep building on that momentum and hopefully when the games come, we can continue to grow.
"That’s what you want in a big place, competition for places. You want to be fighting for your place at the weekend. We have that here. Hopefully, we can continue to grow and get stronger.
"It’s going to be a tough game [on Sunday]. Personally, I know a lot of the girls from Queen’s Park and they’re good players.
"They’ll be very well organised, but it’s going to be up to us to bring the game to them and be really disciplined and patient and hopefully get the result we need.”
Kerr was one of several standout players for Malky Thomson’s side against SL Benfica in midweek and the midfielder says the side’s performance in Portugal underlines the improvement in the squad.
She continued: "As a club we can be proud of how far we’ve come. Benfica are a top team. Considering this is only our third year professional and how far we’ve come, especially in the Champions League, we can be proud.
"We’re not happy losing, but we put in a good performance and really brought the game to them. It was just unfortunate that it never fell our way. There are a lot of positives and a lot to work on - we can leave with our heads held high.
"Our focus will now be on the league and the cups. The most important thing for us is to win the league and put us in a position for Champions League next year. We can switch off from the Champions League now and all focus is on the league."
