The striker, who was named the league’s player of the month winner for March, is hopeful the side can add to their Sky Sports Cup final victory as the campaign approaches its conclusion over the next six weeks.
Speaking to RangersTV to reflect on being named the SWPL’s standout performer and what’s to come, she commented: “It is going to be massive; we are obviously not shying away from the fact that we are still able to go and win all three trophies.
“We have got one in the bag and our aim is to now go and get the other two.
“I think we need to find consistency; it is going to be the massive thing this last month or so.
“It's putting on good performances every single week, grinding out results and that is what makes a really good team, having that mindset that you need to go and win no matter what.
“A good feeling? Yes it is, it is nice to get personal recognition for the work that I have been putting in.
“I have felt like I have had a good month of March along with the team.
“I am obviously really happy and looking forward to the last few months of the season.”
The 27-year-old forward has reflected on some of the highlights of her month in Light Blue, most notably putting on a player of the match display during the team’s cup final success at Fir Park with a 5-0 win over Hibs.
She continued: “It was a brilliant day, from start to finish.
“The full occasion, the league got it spot on in terms of location, the fans came out in their numbers, it was a really good atmosphere.
“I think you saw that we were able to thrive in that moment.
“Hibs are a really tough side and we knew that going into the game but our performance was dominant and we were really pleased, it was a brilliant day overall.
“It is amazing, to go three years in a row I don't even know if it has been done before but it was amazing to have that core group of players, we have done it every year.
“It is really good to have that as well because we have had that experience so we know going into the game what needs to be done and that sort of cup final experience but bringing in new players and having their first chance to go and win silverware is really good too.
“It makes a really good day for everyone, special memories created and sharing it with family and friends after as well, it was some night.”
Rangers rounded off their March fixtures with an impressive 4-0 win over Hearts at Ibrox heading into the international break, with Howat saying it is always memorable to play in the iconic stadium having supported the team growing up.
She added: “We were absolutely delighted to be given the chance to play at Ibrox.
“A good sunny day which was tough because the pitch is so big but it was brilliant.
“Another really good occasion for us and again topped off with a good performance.
“A really dominant display overall, it probably could have been a few more as well I think although we won 4-0.
“We were obviously happy with that but we could have scored a few more.
“We started the month with a 2-2 draw against Hearts and then to go and put that display on was brilliant.
“It just kind of shows where we have come from this month and the work that we have put in.
“To get moments like that, people coming to watch me, family and friends in the stands.
“Just the full occasion from start to finish, being in the dressing room, going and walking round the park before the game and stuff just what the men get to do every week.
“It is really special and hopefully we get loads more opportunities to do that.”
