Featuring in the iconic stadium during her youth career at the Gers, the forward has made quite the impression in Jo Potter’s side since her return from her loan spell at Motherwell at the end of January, most recently in contributing to both goals in their last home league outing.
Speaking to the official Rangers website as the team get set to take on Hearts in their next league clash in the iconic stadium, she commented: “I am really excited, it is a dream come true to play at Ibrox so hopefully I get the chance and I will be sure to try take it and hopefully try get on the scoresheet and celebrate with the fans.
“It would be special on Mother's Day, with my family here and my mum and gran will hopefully be there supporting me so it will be good.
“I go to all the home games with my uncle and my cousin.
“We have got a season ticket in Broomloan Rear.
“I have got many memories here and hopefully I can create some of my own.”
Having signed her first professional contract back in July 2023 before a recent extension in December last year, the 17-year-old spoke of a real stand out day she had at the home of the Light Blues during her time in the club’s academy.
She continued: “Academy game at Ibrox? It was amazing, it was at Under-16s we played and we won the cup and then the league here.
“We won a double and finished with the last game here and it was an amazing feeling.
“I scored two goals that day and knee slid in front of my parents, it was a really happy and proud moment.”
The forward is hopeful of more chances to come in the Gers ranks having made an instant impact when the two sides last met on 2 March, coming off the bench to score a goal and provide an assist in a 2-2 draw.
She added: “I try take any opportunity that I get.
“The last Hearts game was tough but I think I came on and played quite well so hopefully I can replicate that at Ibrox.
“We will be going out there and making sure that we get the three points.”
