The forward said the squad knew Spartans would be difficult to break down and praised the effort of the whole team as they picked up all three points.
Speaking to RangersTV at full-time, she said: “It was a really good performance from the whole team, right from Jenna all the way through to the top.
“We knew Spartans were going to be hard to play against and after their win against Hibs they were coming here with confidence.
“We knew it was going to be a different test and credit to everyone, we rose to that challenge and we can be happy with the win.
“It is not just the players on the pitch it is the players who are coming on as well. We have got such a good squad and a great morale and we are all there for each other.
“I think that is important especially with games coming up we are going to need the whole squad so it really important we can all chip in.
“We always want to start well and it maybe took us a wee while to get into the game but I think once we got that first goal we relaxed a bit and come second-half we pushed on.
“We don't just want to settle for two or three we want to really get as many goals as we can so that was really pleasing.”
With two penalties last week against Hearts and another goal this afternoon, Arnot is happy with her own personal performances since the restart.
She continued: “It has been good, obviously as a forward I want to try and contribute where I can. We work on it in training so if it is coming off it is pleasing and as long as we are winning and I can contribute it is a good day.
“We have got great players all over the pitch, but now we have really been working on those combinations and finding those relationships and I think you can see it is paying off so it is a pleasure to play with everyone.”
