The 28-year-old, who joined the club in 2020, has committed her future to the Light Blues for the next two seasons as she extends her stay in Glasgow.
Speaking to RangersTV after putting to paper on a new deal, the winger feels the team can continue to be successful off the back of a domestic cup double in the most recent campaign.
She said: “We have still got so much to give as a group and to learn, we see how far we have come together this year and I think we can really kick on.
“It is important that we win trophies here, it was great that we could do it again.
“It was disappointing that we didn't win the league but that is something that we are looking to go and do in the season's to come.
“I think a big factor is winning games and winning trophies, but also the environment here is great.
“Every day I feel like we are pushed as a group in every aspect and it is also a great group of girls to be around every day and that is the main reason I wanted to be here.”
The former Manchester United player has reflected on her time at the Gers so far, in a season that saw her rack up 100 appearances for the club and play in a slightly different role under head coach Jo Potter.
She continued: “I have loved it; we have had a really good group and it has been enjoyable to play here.
“Some seasons have been mixed; we have won silverware but I think there's been times where we can do better. That is why I wanted to stay as well to try more trophies.
“It has been great, every day I feel like we have been challenged in every way possible but it motivates us as a group and as an individual as well.
“I think I have had to change my game in some ways as being a wing back but you are always looking to learn and develop as a player so it has been enjoyable.
“It was a proud moment, to be at a club like Rangers and to get that amount of appearances is something that I'll remember forever.
The new season will see the Light Blues compete in the UEFA Women’s Champions League once again, and Arnot is excited at the prospect having represented the club in the competition previously back in 2022.
She added: “It is great, as players and coaches it is such a prestigious competition that you want to be involved in it.
“It is just exciting as a group as well to go and play different opposition and challenge ourselves abroad.”
