Jenna Fife is back in goal for Gers with Kirsten Reilly, Brogan Hay and Jane Ross all returning to the starting XI.
That means Rangers line-up with Fife and then a back four of Nicola Docherty, Brianna Westrup, Chantelle Swaby and Rachel McLauchlan.
Kirsten Reilly returns to midfield after a spell out through injury and is joined there by Chelsea Cornet and Demi Vance.
Summer signing Jane Ross leads the line for Rangers in her league debut for the club with support from Lizzie Arnot and Brogan Hay.
Thomson has strong options available from the bench this afternoon with Megan Cunningham, Emma Brownlie, Tessel Middag, Zoe Ness, Sam Kerr, Kirsty Maclean and Emma Watson all available.
