St. Mirren are the visitors to Ibrox as the Light Blues seek to extend their winning run at Ibrox in the league amid a busy run of fixtures.
Speaking to the media ahead of the game, van Bronckhorst underlined the various attacking options at his disposal: “[Antonio Colak and Alfredo Morelos] are two players who have good goal threat. Colak's start to the campaign has been fantastic. Morelos is scoring goals as well, getting fitter and stronger every game.
“Kemar [Roofe] is already back training in full so he's another option. In moments in games they [Colak and Morelos] are capable of playing together. We have to wait and see which games we can use them from the start, or in moments in the game where we have to force a goal. They can definitely both be on the pitch at the same time.
"If you see [Ryan Kent’s] qualities he can play on the right. His natural position is on the left. We have used Rabbi [Matondo] on the left as a substitute, and he also started the game on the left against St. Johnstone. We have wingers who can play both sides and, if needed, Ryan can play on the right.
“Ryan is an exceptional player with a lot of qualities. The performance he had against Hearts was really good, with a lot of threat going forward. I know his qualities. His qualities haven't been there every game. He just needs to be consistent and make sure he is in the best position on the pitch to have an assist or score.
“The goal he scored against Hearts is a great example, when he comes inside to make sure he hits the target. He's definitely a player who can give us more goals and assists.”
St. Mirren make the trip to Glasgow on a positive run of form, climbing to third place in the Scottish Premiership in the process, and van Bronckhorst is aware of the threat that the visitors will carry.
He continued: "They've had a great start to the season. They've won five out of their last six games. It's a very good run, they've had a great result lately.
“They're a very recognisable team in the way that they play. They play very aggressive, they find the two strikers really quickly, runners from midfield, strong in transition moments.
Defensively, they're also really compact. If you're third in the league it means you have started the season really well. Credit to St. Mirren for the way that they've started in the league.”
