The young Gers opened their account in this season’s competition with an impressive 3-0 away victory over Spartans at Ainslie Park.
David McCallum’s side then backed it up by producing a last-gasp victory over another League Two side in Stenhousemuir as Zak Lovelace netted with virtually the last kick of the game to secure a 2-1 triumph.
The Light Blues fell to defeat in their most recent outing against Manchester United, although there were plenty of positives for the side to take following a dominant second half showing.

Alloa head into the fixture off the back of a 1-1 draw away to Annan Athletic on Saturday afternoon in League One.
Brian Rice’s men took a first half lead through Connor Sammon but were pegged back with 12 minutes to play as they had to settle for a point on the road.
Our opponents currently reside in eighth place in Scotland’s third tier and picked up their last win on September 2 against Cove Rangers.
