Mia McAulay Named Utilita Women's Player of the Month For March

MIA MCAULAY has been named the Women’s Player of the Month for March, sponsored by Utilita.

The youngster has been voted as the standout performer in the Rangers ranks for the third time this season, having previously won the award back in September and December.

The 17-year-old has enjoyed a fantastic first season in professional football having signed her first professional contract last summer, before putting pen to paper on an extension to the deal in October.

The winger, who is a product of the club’s youth academy was vastly important for the Gers throughout the month, as she picked up her first ever piece of silverware as Jo Potter’s side won the Sky Sports Cup, with McAulay opening the scoring in the final.

March also included two goals in the opening SWPL fixture of the month for the youngster in a victory over Hibs as she featured in the five matches throughout.
