With a busy run of fixtures over the Christmas period, the 18-year-old says the squad have to put last weekend’s Hearts game behind them and focus on taking the three points on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking to the media ahead of the match, he said: “There will be a lot of talk after the weekend, we needed to win that game and it was an opportunity missed, but now we have got to work.
“We have got big games coming up where we can start to close the gap again and for us it is one game at a time, every three points is massive. We need leaders and people to drive it, and I think I can drive it with my performances on the pitch.
“I am maybe not much of a massive talker, but I can try my best but on the pitch. Every player has to start driving performances and dealing with that pressure in these games and give it our all every single game.
“In the last few weeks, I feel more responsibility in myself to go and help the team going forward. Sometimes there are games where we are going to be under pressure and I have got that belief in myself that I can be that person to try and drive us up the pitch.
“There is so much ability in the group, but a lot of it at this club is mentality so we need to have that mentality over the next few weeks to go and pick up as many points as possible and put ourselves in the position we were in at the weekend again. Just keep closing that gap.”
The on-loan Spurs winger says the squad have to use the Ibrox crowd to their advantage, he continued: “As fans, they are some of the most passionate I have ever seen.
“When it is not going well, they have a right to have their opinion and to demand more of us and it is down to us to react to that.
“As a group we do realise but we need to do everything it takes to react off of those fans because when it is going well I can't think of anything better than the fans, they are some of the best I've seen so we just need to take that and use it as an extra man really to thrive off of in games and use it to our advantage.
“I think it is hard to say what it is going to take. In the next few games, we have got big games coming up and all we need to do is just keep picking up three points because every single point dropped is a big point dropped.
Reflecting on a big year for the teenager, Moore continued: “It has been a massive learning year for me personally, at Spurs and at Rangers. Everyone knows, I have spoken about it a few times that it started tough, and it has got better lately.
“Mentally, physically, technically, it has been massive for me, and it has helped me so much.
“This club has been huge for my development. It is a massive club and before I came here, I knew exactly what kind of pressure it would be. Then I needed a bit of time to adapt but it has been huge for me, and it has been a top year of playing my first full year in football.
“This is the first time I have ever moved away from home really so it has been massive. I had my first two weeks without my mum and dad at home. I have had to try and cook for myself which has been a disaster but I have tried my best, so off the pitch it has been just as big of a learning curve as on the pitch.”
