From the team which tasted defeat at Tynecastle last time out, in comes Youseff Chermiti, Djeidi Gassama and Thelo Aasgaard in place of Bojan Miovski, Mikey Moore and Max Aarons.
John Souttar is also among the substitutes following an injury lay-off that has sidelined the defender since the November international break.
Jack Butland retains his place between the posts for this afternoon, behind a backline of captain James Tavernier, Dujon Sterling, Emmanuel Fernandez and Jayden Meghoma.
In midfield, Nico Raskin is joined by Connor Barron and Mohamed Diomande.
Chermiti, who was on the scoresheet six days ago in Edinburgh, leads the line in attack, where he is supported by the incoming Aasgaard and Gassama.
