The on-loan Tottenham winger will make his final appearance for the Light Blues as the season comes to a close with the trip to Falkirk.
Moore has loved his spell at Ibrox, and he insists the fans and scoring at Parkhead in the Old Firm are things he will never forget.
Speaking to the media, he said: “I am a fan of this club for the rest of my life, and it has been a special experience.
“No matter what happens, this club has been a huge part of what I will become and has helped me so much.
“I have given my all. I have many days when I haven’t been good enough, but I have shown that I am still trying and giving my all.
“It is nice to have people's respect, but people remember winning titles and not individuals, so that is disappointing.
“I have so much love for everyone, and I understand with the position we are in, on Wednesday [against Hibernian], why people weren’t in the stadium.
“They were disappointed with the result and the last few weeks. I know and understand how people feel. I have tried to give my all for the club.
“We didn’t want it to end this way, but we still have love for each other.
“Scoring at Parkhead was my best moment, that day I realised what the game meant to people. When we came back to Ibrox, loads of fans were here celebrating - I will remember that goal for the rest of my life.”
Moore knows ending the campaign without silverware isn’t good enough for Rangers.
He believes brighter days are ahead, and he encouraged every player who represents the club going forward to appreciate how lucky they are.
He added: “I have mixed emotions as we didn’t want the season to end this way.
“It’s gutting how the season has ended, three weeks ago we didn’t expect to be in this position, but it is our fault.
“The backing the club has and the base it has, it has potential to get where it should be and where it has been in the past.
“I think it will get there, but there needs to be some changes, we need to realise the club we are playing at and where it needs to be.
“When you are here, the club has such a history, and it is a great place to play and to be at. As players, you need to deliver - this season there are no trophies, and it isn’t good enough.
“We know that as players, and we spoke about that, now it has to be the goal to deliver for the fans who watch us and support us every week.
“We have the best supporters I have ever seen, and they deserve better than that.”
