The young Ger expressed his excitement to compete against John Potter’s side in their final domestic game of the season and insisted that the squad want to take the trophy back to Ibrox.
Speaking exclusively to RangersTV ahead of their exciting tie, he said: “We’re all really excited, we obviously want to win a trophy because that’s what this club is all about - we want to achieve silverware at the end of the season.
“The result is the most important thing, but we want to have a good performance as well. We want to win the silverware but we want to have a good performance.”
Miller reflected on the squad’s positive run in the cup campaign after beating Queen’s Park in the group stage of the tournament and believes that will give the Light Blues the momentum to perform strongly.
He added: “That was a massive result to win that game in the group stage, training will always be the same for us we want to focus on ourselves. If we get the right performance, then I feel like we’d get the right result.
“Momentum is always good in football, if you can take the positive results in the games leading up to the final then you can hopefully produce a result.”
The Light Blue reiterated that the support from the Rangers fans has been influential this year as the team hope to welcome a big crowd to the Broadwood stands on Monday night.
He continued: “The fans have been great for us this year, it’s a new feeling for most of us to have more people there supporting you.
“It does give you that edge to go and do a wee bit more to do better and entertain them.”
