The Gers remain without a point in their European exploits this season as the Portuguese outfit visits Glasgow on matchday five.
Speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow’s clash at Ibrox under the lights, the Belgian international commented: “We need to win everything, and we try to win every game that we play. There’s no calculation because we still have zero points [in the league phase].
“We haven’t scored enough goals, and we’ve been a bit poor in our performance. We have lost cheap goals, and in Europe, you can’t get out of that.
“You need to be good all the time and be the best that we can – if you don’t show 100% then you simply lose.
“We’ve had some moments with the red card that haven’t helped, but overall, we’ve not been good enough in Europe.
“We need to improve that, starting tomorrow.”
It has been a challenging campaign on an individual level for Raskin, but he has formed an integral part of Danny Röhl’s early tenure as Head Coach.
Through it all, the supporters showered the midfielder with appreciation, and the Belgian says he’s determined to repay their faith in him during the difficult times.
He added: “It was the biggest part of it. [The fans] were the biggest part of it, and they were so good to me.
“I was talking with my family, and I was saying it’s amazing to have that support when you’re not from the city.
“It’s amazing to feel that support. It’s why I kept really calm and didn’t leave for anything. I stayed here and waited for my time to return.
“We’re trying to build something new and look forward. Hopefully, we can win tomorrow and get our first three points."
