The Gers take on Glasgow Girls in the third round of the SSE Scottish Women’s Cup on Sunday, and O’Hara hopes the new stand and the success of the summer World Cup will encourage fans to get behind the team.
She said: “We are very fortunate to play here, the pitch is amazing, the backdrop is amazing and it’s great.
“Hopefully we can get fans along and they can come and back us as well.
O’Hara is looking forward to getting into cup action on Sunday and is expecting Glasgow Girls to be up for the tie.
She added: “We are really looking forward to getting into the cup game, obviously we are just one game back in the league but anything can happen in the cup and that is what we like about it.
“You can play different teams from different leagues so we are really looking forward to it and hopefully we can crack on into the next round.
“I suspect they will come and make it hard for us to play. They will be very difficult to break down but we can only concentrate on what we can control and that is how we execute our game plan and we will still prepare the exact same way that we do and we are really looking forward to it.
With a number of changes this summer, O’Hara believes it will take a bit of time to adjust and reach their full potential.
She said:
“It will come eventually but we will be ready for the next game.
“I don’t think we can expect too much just now, people are still adjusting but momentum is key for us and consistency is something we are targeting this year.”
