The defender was at the double for the young Gers as they made it three wins from four in their CAS Elite League campaign and are the highest scorers in the division.
Hynd admits he couldn’t be happier with the way things are shaping up at this early juncture of the campaign.
Speaking to RangersTV, the 17-year-old said: "It's all about building momentum. You need to win here, and we know the expectation, and we're now looking just to get win after win and go from there.
"It's what Rangers is about: opposition teams need to be afraid of playing against you. We definitely made [Motherwell] panic with our press and quality both on and off the ball, and we wanted it more.
"I'm not sure they even offered a lot outside of a couple of long balls.
"The clean sheet would have been a bonus, and we probably could have done better for the goals in terms of one of us getting out [to close down], but we move on.
"The control we had in the game meant they didn't have much."
Hynd is not a regular name on the scoresheet but certainly didn't lack conviction in either of goals.
Both arrived from set-piece situations, which the defender revealed had been worked on in training in the lead-up to the match.
He added: "When you play as a central defender you don't really get a lot of chances to score, but we've worked on set-pieces in training.
"I was up early for the first one from a wide cross, and then the corner is the one we've been mainly working on. It was Aiden's delivery, and I was just there to tap it in.
"You just want it to come off in the game when you're working on it. It's alright doing it in training, but games are where it matters."
