RANGERS have been drawn away to Hearts in the second round of the Sky Sports Cup.
The draw for the first and second rounds of the competition was made at Hampden Stadium today with the Light Blues beginning their trophy defence with a trip to the capital to face the SWPL side.
The Gers are the current holders after winning the competition for the first time in their history with a 2-0 win over Hibs at Tynecastle Stadium back in December.
The tie is scheduled to be played on Sunday, October 1 and ticket sales for the match will be communicated in due course.
